Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare sales, inside sales, virtual sales, or customer engagement.
• Ophthalmology experience preferred or strong knowledge of ophthalmology market landscape.
• Ability to develop, execute, and manage strategic account plans in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into territory plans and meet activity, access, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
• Maintain proficiency in disease state and patient journey to deliver compelling clinical education.
• Conduct high-quality virtual engagements using approved materials and compliant messaging.
• Establish relationships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, genetic counselors, and office staff via digital channels.
• Leverage analytics to prioritize opportunities and maximize business impact.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of customer interactions and territory activities.
