Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Virtual Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation, customer engagement, and territory performance within a national ophthalmology-focused remote territory. You will partner with Retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and genetic counselors to educate on disease state and support product adoption using digital and compliant communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare sales, inside sales, virtual sales, or customer engagement experience.
• Ophthalmology experience strongly preferred.
• Virtual pharmaceutical sales or omnichannel customer engagement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and corresponding tactical plan while meeting activity, access, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, listening, probing, clinical messaging impact, and patient access education.
• Build disease state and product knowledge to deliver compliant, compelling messaging.
• Conduct high-quality virtual customer engagements using approved materials and digital resources.
• Establish relationships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, genetic counselors, and other stakeholders through digital channels.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, account plans, and territory activities in CRM.
