Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training and development program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will create content, multiple learner journeys, and content for New Hire Orientations while driving change enablement and ensuring training quality across locations and functions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or related field or 2 years of training & development experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of Training & Development experience; healthcare training preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, pre-authorization, utilization reviews, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Deliver training across diverse workforce and locations.
• Assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Design and implement content using multiple learning modalities with SMEs.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency levels.
• Update and improve New Hire Orientation with operational partners.
• Conduct training for new hires and refresher sessions.
• Track progress and improve training effectiveness across departments.
• Stay current with new learning trends and tools.
