Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training program, partnering with Operations leadership and the executive team to drive key business and people objectives.

You will create end-to-end training roadmaps, build engaging content with SMEs, and manage new hire orientation across diverse locations while tracking effectiveness and continuously improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, compliance, and regulations.
• Experience designing and delivering multiple training events in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate an end-to-end Operations training program.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level across locations.
• Develop content with SMEs and use varied learning modalities for internal staff and customers.
• Deliver new hire orientation and refresher training; track progress and effectiveness.
• Lead change enablement efforts and align training with business priorities.
