Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate an Operations training and development program across diverse locations and roles. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in healthcare-related training workflows and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop training plans with measurable success metrics.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and training calendar with department leaders to deliver effective training.
• Ensure execution of training policy across diverse locations and skill sets and elevate training effectiveness.
• Assess training needs, define training requirements, and create plans with success measures.
• Design, develop and implement training content using various learning modalities for internal employees and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on job roles and competency levels.
• Own and continuously improve New Hire Orientation with department content alignment.
• Identify weaknesses with business partners and deliver refresher training with SMEs.
• Conduct training for new hires and refresher training across all levels of operations.
• Track progress, monitor access, and improve effectiveness of training delivered.
• Develop engaging formats such as workshops and gamification to make training enjoyable.
• Support change enablement strategies and projects with guidance and training.
• Provide knowledge training to optimize key business processes and compliance.
• Oversee lesson plans for each application and ensure QA and coverage of systems/workflows.
• Collaborate with Application Team leads to meet training needs efficiently.
• Provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Stay current with trends in employee learning and development.
