Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training program across diverse sites. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will build content, orchestrate training roadmaps, and measure impact, including New Hire Orientation and refresher trainings across operational areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows and compliance requirements.
• Experience designing and delivering corporate training events.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training content for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys by role and competency level.
• Lead and coordinate training roadmap, calendar, and delivery across locations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs accordingly.
• Support change enablement initiatives and track learning metrics.
