Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement its Operations training and development program. You will leads efforts with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions.

The role emphasizes building learner journeys, content creation, and effective measurement of training impact. You will manage end-to-end training roadmaps, collaborate with subject matter experts, and drive

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical experience within the healthcare industry, including pre-authorization, utilization reviews, medical claims processing, healthcare operations workflows, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Experience training for call center or Operations areas in the health care industry preferred.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software. Experience using training tools such as Articulate or Captivate and learning management solutions preferred.
• Experience using learning management software such as Eloomi preferred.
• Understanding of career development and employee engagement practices and experience measuring engagement and implementing practices to increase organizational performance.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm about the growth and development of people to reach their full potential through skill building experiences.
• Must be able to manage large scale, complex projects for the company on time, within budget and with agreed upon deliverables.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation and training skills.
• Experience from consultation to development and implementation of initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end training programs for Operations and external customers.
• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and facilitate training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Create content and learner journeys based on job roles and competency levels.
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Support change enablement strategies and corporate projects requiring training.
• Oversee lesson plans ensuring QA checks for systems and workflows.
