Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, coordinate, and facilitate an Operations training and development program. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training to support business strategy.

You will create learning content, track progress, and lead New Hire Orientation while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure effective, measurable outcomes across

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or related field required, or 2 Years of experience in training & development in lieu of degree.
• 2+ Years of experience in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred in a training environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, regulatory requirements, and pre-authorization/utilization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive training program across Operations.
• Create end-to-end training roadmaps and calendars with department leaders.
• Assess training needs and develop measurable training plans.
• Develop content using multiple modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Lead New Hire Orientation content and collaborate on department-specific orientations.
• Deliver refresher training with SMEs and leaders to close skill gaps.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing programs across operations.
• Track progress, measure effectiveness, and drive improvements in training delivery.
• Support change enablement initiatives and align training with business processes.
• Ensure QA and content accuracy across applications and workflows.
