Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate an Operations training program across diverse teams. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, create content, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will manage end-to-end training roadmaps, monitor progress, and continuously improve programs including new hire onboarding and refresher trainings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, regulatory requirements, and claims processing.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and tools.
• Experience delivering training for Operations in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and define measurable success metrics.
• Design and implement content using varied learning modalities.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation content.
• Conduct training for new hires and refresher sessions across operations.
• Track progress, access, and training effectiveness for behavior change.
• Utilize workshops, retreats, and gamification to enhance learning.
• Support change enablement strategies and project initiatives.
