Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement and coordinate the operations training and development program to support business objectives.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to create learner journeys, deliver engaging content, and measure training impact across diverse locations and roles. Emphasis on change enablement, new hire orientation, and ongoing skill development to drive performance.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a related field or 2 years of training & development experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Experience designing training events in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with Articulate or Captivate and LMS platforms.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Design, develop and deliver training content across modalities.
• Create learner journeys by job roles and competency levels.
• Measure training effectiveness and impact on performance.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and refresher programs.
• Partner with subject matter experts to update content.
• Monitor progress and optimize training delivery.
