Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement the operations training program. You will work with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions that align with business strategy.

The role involves creating end-to-end training roadmaps, onboarding content, and learner journeys for diverse roles, while elevating training effectiveness through engaging delivery and measurement.

Formación

• 2+ years in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, pre-authorization, utilization reviews, medical claims processing, and regulatory requirements
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
• Experience training for call center or Operations areas in healthcare preferred
• Experience with learning management software (LMS) like Eloomi is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar in collaboration with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and define measurable training requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement training content for internal staff and external customers using various modalities.
• Create learner journeys by job roles and competency levels.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation content across departments.
• Identify weaknesses and deliver refresher training with SMEs and leaders.
• Conduct training for new hires and refresher sessions across operations.
• Track progress, monitor access, and improve training effectiveness.
