Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, partnering with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to deliver on time with strong ROI.

The role is fully remote across multiple states and requires 5+ years of project/program management, HIPAA awareness, and excellence in reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or extensive relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project coordination/PM experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for plans, trackers, and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with milestones and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Support PMO standards, templates, and reporting tools; drive process improvements.
• Coordinate resources and manage scope, schedule, and budget; manage changes.
