Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare initiatives across our crisis network. You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while delivering clear reporting to leaders and stakeholders.

You will build project plans, track milestones, and support a growing PMO with standardized templates, tools, and governance to ensure on-time delivery and measurable ROI across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans that outline objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs, scaled to the size and complexity of each initiative.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, action-item and issue logs, status trackers, meeting notes, and shared project files.
