Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of crisis-focused behavioral health care delivering coordination across clinical and operational teams in a remote model. The Operations Project Manager will plan, coordinate and deliver cross-functional initiatives within CHS's crisis network, maintaining scope, schedule, budget, risk and reporting while enabling measurable patient-care outcomes.

This fully remote role requires strong project-management discipline, PMP or advanced degree

Qualifications

• Fully remote position in applicable states; requires a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; strong documentation, trackers, schedules and meeting notes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools Smartsheet and Monday.com.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive projects to completion with strong collaboration.
• Occasional travel to CHS sites as needed.
• PMP certification (or in progress) and/or a master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH).
• Experience in healthcare/behavioral health, telehealth/EHR/vendor implementations.
• LEAN or Six Sigma process improvement experience; exposure to change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, milestones, timelines and resources; scale to each initiative.
• Keep initiatives on track to deliver quality and ROI.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT and vendors to drive results and remove barriers.
• Ensure work complies with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Provide administrative and coordination support; maintain project docs, action logs, trackers and meeting notes.
• Support the formation and maturation of a new PMO.
• Support process improvement and change adoption across sites.
• Manage scope and change control with approvals for timeline, cost or ROI.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards and leadership updates.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
