Connections Health Solutions is hiring an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while reporting to leaders with clarity.

This hands-on role emphasizes documentation, planning, and dashboarding across multiple sites. The role requires 5+ years in project coordination/management, strong organization, and experience with PM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination, project/program management, or operations support.
• Healthcare/behavioral health experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation across internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource needs.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards; schedule meetings and follow-ups.
• Support the build-out of PMO standards, templates, and reporting tools.
