Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare initiatives across its crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting while working with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery with measurable ROI.

This fully remote, full-time role supports a growing PMO with standards, templates, and reporting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations support, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous documentation and trackers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Smartsheet and Monday.com; familiarity with HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, IT and vendor teams to align goals.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, status trackers, and meeting notes.
• Support the growth of a new PMO with standards, templates, and reporting tools.
• Manage scope, budget, risk, and change control to ensure on-time delivery and ROI.
• Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to leadership.
