Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across the crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering projects on time with quality and ROI.

This fully remote role supports sites nationwide and requires 5+ years of project coordination or PM experience in healthcare, offering comprehensive benefits and a growing PMO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and deliverables.
• Keep initiatives on track to finish on time with quality and ROI.
• Build and maintain PMO standards, templates, SOPs, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across concurrent initiatives.
