Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across its crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while reporting clearly to leaders.

This hands-on role involves documentation, planning, meetings, and building PMO standards to drive timely, quality outcomes. Required are a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in project coordination or PM in healthcare settings, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, or operations support, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with PM tools such as Smartsheet or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation across internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, schedules, and dashboards; organize meetings and follow-ups.
