Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across the crisis network. You will work with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering measurable outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement.
• Healthcare or behavioral health setting experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and external teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Support the build-out of PMO standards, templates, and reporting tools.
• Assist with change management and resource allocation across sites.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
