Job summary

Connections Health Solutions seeks an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives within its crisis care network. You’ll coordinate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to move initiatives from intake to close, maintaining documentation, dashboards, and reports while shaping PMO standards.

You're expected to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change with strong communication to leaders; PMP or related master’s degree is a plus,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong documentation practices.
• Experience with PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com) and reporting (Power BI or Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Keep initiatives on track to deliver quality, ROI, and on-time results.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to remove barriers.
• Coordinate administration, maintain logs, trackers, notes, and shared files.
• Support the formation and maturation of a PMO and drive process improvements.
• Manage scope and change, documenting requests and approvals for timeline or ROI changes.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
