Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, producing clear reports for leadership while coordinating with clinical, IT, and vendor teams.

The role is hands-on with administrative duties, requires PMI/PMBOK discipline, and supports a growing PMO across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of project coordination/management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Office and PM tools; ability to leverage data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, milestones, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, trackers, and dashboards.
• Support the build and maturation of the PMO with standards and templates.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across initiatives.
• Manage scope, change control, and approvals for timeline/cost/ROI.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep on schedule and within budget.
