Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. You will partner with clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to move initiatives from intake through close, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while reporting clearly to leaders.

This hands-on role requires building PMO standards, templates, tools, and dashboards, with a PMI/PMBOK approach, and may involve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination/management, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop plans, milestones, timelines, and resource estimates customized per initiative.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Keep projects on track for timely delivery with quality and ROI.
• Support the build and maturation of a PMO with standards and templates.
• Maintain documentation, logs, trackers, and meeting notes; manage action items.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on deliverables.
• Report status, risks, and outcomes to leadership; communicate clearly.
