Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager for a fully remote role across the United States. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives, working with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery and measurable ROI.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while producing clear leadership reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to project documentation.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion; collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with milestones and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Keep initiatives on track to deliver quality and ROI on time.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams.
• Provide admin support and maintain project documentation, trackers, and meeting notes.
• Support the growth and maturation of the PMO with standards and SOPs.
