Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives within a fully remote setup across the U.S. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering projects on time with measurable ROI.

You will coordinate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams, build robust PMO standards, and report to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare.
• PMP certification (or in progress) is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Keep initiatives on track to finish on time with quality and ROI.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards.
• Provide administrative support and maintain project documentation, trackers, and meeting notes.
• Support the development of standards, templates, SOPs, and reporting tools for the PMO.
