Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager for a fully remote role across the US. You will plan and coordinate cross-functional healthcare operations initiatives, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, and report progress to leadership.

Collaboration with clinical, IT, and vendor teams is essential. With 5+ years in project coordination or PM/operations support, you will drive process improvements, stand up a PMO, and ensure projects launch on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification (or in progress) and/or a master’s degree such as an MHA, MBA, or MPH.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or PM/operations support, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Keep initiatives on track to deliver impact, quality, and ROI.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to drive results.
• Ensure work complies with HIPAA and healthcare standards.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leaders.
