Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare initiatives within a national remote network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change to deliver projects on time with measurable ROI.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll help build PMO capabilities, develop plans and dashboards, and report progress to leadership. A PMP or related master’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years in healthcare operations or project

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination or PM/operations, preferably in healthcare.
• PMP certification or master's degree (MHA/MBA/MPH) preferred; travel occasionally may be required.

Mansioni

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Support the build and maturation of a new PMO and drive process improvements across sites.
• Manage scope and change control with proper approvals for timeline, cost, or ROI.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
