Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care, proudly supporting a nationwide remote project management office. The Operations Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional healthcare operations initiatives, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and changes, and deliver clear reporting to leaders across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Keep initiatives on track to finish on time with expected quality and ROI.
• Build strong partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to drive results and remove barriers.
• Ensure work stays compliant with healthcare regulations and HIPAA.
• Provide administrative and coordination support and maintain project documentation, trackers, and meeting notes.
• Support the build and maturation of a newly forming PMO and process improvements across sites.
• Manage scope and change control with appropriate approvals for timeline, cost, or ROI changes.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to keep schedules and budgets.
• Occasional travel to CHS sites as needed.
