Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, coordinating with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to deliver projects on time with quality and ROI.

Candidates should have 5+ years in project coordination or PM, a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and tools like

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination, PM, or operations support, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to project documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource estimates aligned to initiative scope.
• Collaborate across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to meet goals and deliverables.
• Provide administrative support, maintain logs, schedules, and meeting notes; report progress to leadership.
• Support PMO maturation with standards, templates, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate resource allocation and manage scope, changes, and ROI tracking.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and communications for leadership; address risks.
