Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. This hands-on role drives scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change while delivering clear reporting to leadership.

You will build plans, trackers, and dashboards, support the formation of a PMO, and ensure HIPAA compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience supporting clinical operations or healthcare projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource plans aligned with objectives.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and status trackers; prepare dashboards for leadership.
• Support the formation and maturation of the PMO and drive process improvements.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change with clear reporting.
