Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Interim Senior People Experience Lead with Enboarder experience to shape onboarding and the broader employee lifecycle. You will lead the design and optimization of onboarding journeys within Enboarder, partnering with HR and business teams to meet employee needs and improve engagement.

Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you will help embed a consistent, engaging experience across functions and locations while supporting the wider People

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Enboarder
• Proven ability to design and improve onboarding journeys
• Background in People/Employee Experience or related field

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve onboarding journeys.
• Configure engaging onboarding experiences in Enboarder.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Map employee journeys and optimize processes, communications and tech.
• Create consistent communications across the lifecycle.
