• Manage pre-employment screening tasks such as ordering background checks and verifying references.
• Support onboarding processes, including preparing new-hire paperwork and ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct and document I-9 verifications in accordance with federal requirements.
• Track and reconcile vendor invoices and maintain TA team documents.
• Support employer branding activities and assist with content calendars and social media updates.
