ENFRA is seeking a Senior Onboarding Coordinator to drive the execution and continuous improvement of our onboarding program. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage program logistics, and mentor other coordinators to ensure a compliant, engaging experience for new hires across locations.

You will partner with HR leadership to identify training needs, track onboarding metrics, and support temporary staffing while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to policies.

Formación

• 4-6 years of onboarding, HR operations, talent lifecycle coordination, or workforce administration.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding compliance requirements.
• Experience with onboarding platforms.
• Ability to use talent analytics to inform strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Program Execution & Oversight across departments and locations.
• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through new hire orientation.
• Maintain onboarding calendars, materials, and communication templates.
• Train and onboard new Onboarding Coordinators on processes, systems, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to team members for high-quality onboarding execution.
• Partner with HR leadership to identify training needs and process improvements.
• Coordinate and track temporary third-party staffing to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Serve as liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll and other teams to ensure onboarding readiness.
