You will be the main point of contact across onboarding, coordinating with recruitment, payroll, HR, and account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new technology quickly across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience throughout onboarding, serving as primary point of contact and providing proactive status updates.
• Manage the full onboarding process for pass-through employees from introduction to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing clear communication and support.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on missing documentation.
• Keep clients informed of onboarding status and when employees are cleared to begin work.
• Maintain accurate employee information and onboarding docs across internal systems.
• Coordinate with recruiting, payroll, HR, and account management for a smooth experience.
• Transition employees into the general talent pool when assignments end.
