Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Onboarding Advocate based in the United States to streamline candidate onboarding across markets. You will liaise with offshore coordinators, recruiters, and consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth starts.

Responsibilities include maintaining an onboarding tracker, updating recruiters, entering new-hire data for payroll, and supporting employment documentation. A 2–3 year background in HR or staffing and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in service, HR, or staffing.
• Experience onboarding candidates and coordinating tasks.
• Strong communication with recruiters and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain onboarding tracker and monitor candidate status.
• Liaise with offshore onboarding coordinators and recruiters.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to avoid start delays.
• Enter new hire data into payroll/back-office systems.
• Provide updates to recruiters and clients on progress.
• Initiate Day 2 follow-up calls and onboarding checks.
• Support employment documentation and audits as needed.
