Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years in onboarding, HR ops, talent lifecycle coordination, or workforce administration
• Strong knowledge of onboarding compliance requirements
• Experience with onboarding platforms
• Experience using talent analytics and market data to inform strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Aufgaben

• Execute and oversee the company’s onboarding program
• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer through new hire orientation across departments and locations
• Maintain onboarding calendars, materials, and communication templates
• Train and onboard new Onboarding Coordinators on processes, systems, compliance requirements, and service standards
• Support coordination and tracking of temporary third-party staffing to ensure compliance and alignment
• Serve as primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll and other teams to ensure onboarding readiness
• Ensure equipment, system access, workspace setup, and documentation are completed before start date
• Monitor onboarding metrics and identify process improvements
