Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to standardize and strengthen onboarding across 30+ locations and partner with HR, operations, and L&D to enhance the new team member experience from day one.

The role focuses on coaching onboarding teams, leveraging technology and data, and delivering consistent programs across facilities while supporting multiple shifts and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience delivering effective training programs with coaching and digital learning methods.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Orientation & Onboarding Excellence across Pilgrim's facilities.
• Partner with Facilities, HR, Operations and Learning & Development to identify training needs.
• Develop and coach onboarding teams; mentor onboarding supervisors and trainers.
• Use data to improve results; review KPI如s on retention and engagement.
• Manage field execution including scheduling and cross-shift coverage.
• Support university learning initiatives and annual Onboarding Conference.
