Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to oversee Field Coordinators and a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, ensuring delivery of contractual obligations and effective cross-functional collaboration with the client.

You will manage project plans, monitor KPI progress, and coordinate HR actions for managers and reps, while ensuring adherence to policies and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university.
• 10+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry.
• 5+ years Sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact for commercial project work.
• Create, manage, and maintain project plans and timelines with key milestones and workflows.
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders through status reports and meetings.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, scorecards, and priorities; report progress.
