Cognisys is seeking an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join our US-based team in a remote capacity. You will own a portfolio of established North American clients, nurturing relationships, ensuring client value, managing renewals and collaborating with delivery teams to expand partnerships.

You should excel at building relationships, understand the commercial side of account management, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NAMER clients and building trusted relationships.
• Strong communication with key stakeholders and clients.
• Proven ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
