Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the North American market from a fully remote position in the United States. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, work with cross-functional teams, and drive onboarding, adoption and renewals while mitigating churn.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Support and Services to deliver tailored solutions and insights, expanding relationships with customers and ensuring success in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer success or similar roles.
• Experience in SaaS, agency, or Martech industries.
• Ability to engage with analysts to senior leaders.
• Proven negotiation and organizational skills.
• Strong internal/external communication to nurture relationships.
• Humble, eager to learn and grow with the team.
• Experience in expanding, upselling and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 40–60 clients depending on location.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, renewals, growth and advocacy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Services teams.
• Deepen product knowledge and industry trends for customer insights.
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement proactive retention strategies.
• Serve as customer advocate for feedback to inform roadmap.
• Foster teamwork and cross-functional support.
