Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement and monitor Corporate Safety Programs across project locations.

This role is fully remote and will require collaboration with field teams to maintain high safety standards and compliance. Responsibilities include leading safety trainings, incident investigations, OSHA and NFPA 70e compliance, and developing region-specific safety plans.

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational safety and health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety related field.
• Willing to travel 75%
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Through knowledge of NFPA 70e
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control
• Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to company accidents

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and monitor Corporate Safety Programs at project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Inspect job sites to ensure Company Safety Program and OSHA compliance.
• Lead investigation of accidents and near misses and reportable offenses.
• Develop regional safety training, through onsite, local, and LMS based training.
• Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors.
• Create and issue regular accident report summaries.
• Provide updated information to employees regarding safety requirement updates or changes.
