You will lead electrical safety training, supervise field safety, and ensure OSHA compliance while supporting high voltage substations and utility-scale solar projects nationwide. The position requires NFPA 70e knowledge and occasional site travel.

Qualifications

• Holds safety certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent experience (7+ years).
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement corporate safety programs across project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education for field personnel.
• Inspect sites to ensure OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Lead incident investigations and near-miss analyses.
• Develop regional safety training via onsite, local, and LMS programs.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to align safety practices.
