SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor Corporate Safety Programs across multiple project locations. This role is fully remote with interview-discussed location details.

The ideal candidate will train and lead on electrical safety, OSHA compliance, and regional safety initiatives. The position emphasizes strong knowledge of electrical safety, NFPA 70e, and experience with utility-scale solar facilities, field circuitry, and high voltage

Qualificações

• Have or work to obtain safety certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety related field.
• Willing to travel 75%.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of NFPA 70e.
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control.
• Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to company accidents.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and implement Corporate Safety Programs at various project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Develop regional safety training and LMS-based programs.
• Lead incident investigations and near-miss analyses.
• Coordinate safety program activities with subcontractors and field personnel.
