SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate and monitor corporate safety programs across project locations. This role is fully remote. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

The MV/HV Safety Manager will lead safety training, ensure OSHA compliance, manage incident investigations, and develop region-specific safety plans for utility-scale solar and high voltage projects. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualificações

• Have or work to obtain safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
• BS in Occupational safety and health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety related field
• Willing to travel 75%
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Through knowledge of NFPA 70e
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control
• Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to company accidents

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and implement corporate safety programs across project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education for staff and subcontractors.
• Lead investigations of accidents and near-misses and develop corrective actions.
• Develop regional safety training through onsite, local, and LMS-based programs.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors and third-party verifications.
