Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate and monitor the Corporate Safety Programs across project locations. This role is fully remote and will discuss location specifics during interview.

You will train staff on electrical safety, oversee OSHA and NFPA 70e compliance, and lead safety program improvements. The position requires up-to-date knowledge of electrical safety practices and strong incident investigation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Must have safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years in safety/solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety related field.
• Willing to travel 75%.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Through knowledge of NFPA 70e.
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control.
• Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to company accidents.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and implement corporate safety programs at project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and educate personnel.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Lead investigations of injuries and near-misses and report findings.
• Develop regional safety trainings onsite and via LMS.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors and project managers.
• Prepare regular accident report summaries and updates.
• Prepare emergency response plans for projects.
• Train and supervise safety trainers and assess trainings.
