SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor corporate safety programs across project locations.

This fully remote role invites experienced safety professionals to lead electrical safety initiatives for solar, storage, and substation projects nationwide. The position emphasizes developing safety plans, training crews, investigating incidents, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Formación

• Safety certifications CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSP required or in progress.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years of solar safety experience.
• Minimum 5 years of safety or safety-related work experience.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e.
• Ability to develop and implement safety programs and training.
• Ability to analyze safety data and incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties of a safety representative.
• Understand electrical concepts and substation knowledge.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Inspect sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on safety programs.
• Develop regional safety trainings and LMS content.
• Create and implement job-specific safety plans.
