SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor corporate safety programs across project locations. This fully remote role will discuss location specifics during interviews.

The candidate will lead electrical safety training and ensure OSHA compliance at projects nationwide. The ideal candidate has CSP or similar certification, a BS in safety or equivalent solar safety experience, and at least 5 years in safety.

Formación

• Holds safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
• BS in Occupational safety and health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety related field.
• Willing to travel 75%.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e.
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control.
• Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to accidents.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties of a safety representative and apply electrical safety training on site.
• Develop regional safety training programs and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and implement safety plans.
• Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety programs with third party verifiers and LMS platforms.
• Provide emergency response plans and maintain updated safety information for employees.
