Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a remote MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate and monitor Corporate Safety Programs across project locations. The role focuses on electrical safety training, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance for utility-scale solar and high voltage substation projects.

You will develop safety plans, train staff, review procedures, and collaborate with subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational safety and health or equivalent with 7+ years in solar safety.
• Proven knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e.
• Ability to develop and deliver electrical safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of safety representative across projects.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Identify and train grounding concepts and isolation procedures.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near misses.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors.
• Develop regional safety training through onsite and LMS-based programs.
• Create training materials and assist trainers.
