SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor Corporate Safety Programs across project locations.

This fully remote role requires traveling up to 75% to support safety initiatives in solar, storage, and high voltage substation projects nationwide. The position emphasizes electrical safety training, OSHA compliance, and developing regional safety procedures aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational safety and health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
• CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ safety or safety-related field experience.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and monitor Corporate Safety Programs at project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and update safety procedures.
• Develop region-specific safety training and LMS-based courses.
• Lead incident investigations and near-miss analyses to drive improvements.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors and ensure program alignment.
• Prepare emergency response plans and incident reports.
• Review and revise Electrical Safety Program documents to current industry standards.
