Qualifications

• Has or pursues CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST certification.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years’ safety solar experience.
• 5 years’ safety experience or related field.
• Willing to travel 75% of the time.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Corporate Safety Programs at project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Inspect sites for OSHA compliance and manage safety plans.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near misses; implement CAPs.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors and third-party verifications.
• Develop regional safety trainings and LMS-based programs.
