Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor Corporate Safety Programs across multiple project locations. The role is fully remote with interview-based location details.

The ideal candidate will have CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSPBS certification or 7 years in solar safety, strong OSHA knowledge, and the ability to train on electrical safety and high/medium voltage environments.

Qualifications

• Safety certification required (CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSPBS) or 7 years in safety solar safety.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety-related field.
• Willing to travel 75%.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70e.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and monitor the Corporate Safety Programs at various project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures, and ensure OSHA compliance at job sites.
• Lead investigations of accidents, near-misses, and reportable offenses.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors and third-party platforms.
• Create regional safety trainings and LMS-based programs.
